Convenient and Clean Stay
friendly stafforganized spacegood security
I found the hotel to be very clean and organized. The location is close to the airport, shops, restaurants and public transport which are all handy. Staff were very kind and maintained a good level of security.
The doors seemed thin, so I could hear a bit of corridor noise.

The kitchen had appliances and staff, including a community fridge. Microwaves are there if you need them. Security measures are clearly in place at the entrances.

The front desk was staffed by someone very nice, even offering to make food. Staff members addressed concerns quickly and directly. I appreciated the responsiveness of the staff.

Good Value near the Airport

I found the reception open 24/7, REALLY useful. The staff were kind. The bus stop was only 50 meters away. This made travel simple. I was pleased with the minimarket and nearby restaurants too.
The hotel looked a bit grubby on my arrival. I think a little bit of maintenance could help this.

Convenient Stay Near Public Transport
great staffconvenient location
The staff provided great help and were very friendly. The hotel proved convenient. It was a simple walk to the Hounslow West tube station, it took about 20 minutes. Access to Heathrow terminals and central London was quite easy, I found. The room offered what I needed as a budget traveler.

The family room had body wash, towels, and tea and coffee. I found this very useful for a quick refresh after my journey. The room's cleanliness was very satisfying and added to the positive experience.

The location was very close to Heathrow. Night bus services run to all Terminals. Surprisingly, I didn't hear any noise from the planes at all? The room seemed well insulated against outside noise.

dirty carpetsold mattress
The carpets on the stairs and in the bedroom were old and very dirty, needing replacement. the bedroom furniture looked cheap and had marks. It urgently needs replacing. the shower door had a huge hole covered by a piece of metal. The bed was also uncomfortable. Its mattress felt very old.
